What this site is

Information about a product under development, and a waitlist. Nothing here is an offer to sell, a contract, or a guarantee that any described product will ship, on any date, at any price, with any particular specification.

Forward-looking statements

Luna does not exist as a shipping product. Every specification, price and date on this site describes what we are building toward, and some of them will change. Where a page describes the product in the present tense it is describing the design we are committed to, and we have said so on the page rather than leaving you to infer it.

The waitlist

Joining costs nothing and commits you to nothing. A queue position is not a reservation, not a purchase, and not a promise of allocation. We may change how the queue works. If we do, the change goes out by email to the people standing in it rather than being applied quietly.

Accuracy

We cite sources for every claim about another company and about regulation. If we have something wrong, tell us at jack@dotcomjack.com and we will correct it in public, on the page that carried the error. We would rather be corrected than rounded up.

Using the site

Read it, quote it, link to it, print it. Do not attack the waitlist endpoint, submit addresses that are not yours, or scrape it hard enough to cost us money. There is nothing here worth breaking into, which is the point.

Liability

This site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for damages arising from its use. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
